Saturday Work Dates for 2012

Pay close attention to the dates. We do not work the same Saturdays each month due to holidays and events.

APRIL 14, 21, and 28

MAY 5, 12, and 19

JUNE 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30

JULY 7, 14, 21, and 28

AUGUST 4, 11, 18, and 25

SEPTEMBER 8, 15, 22, and 29

OCTOBER 6, 20, and 27
(Not on Oct. 13 due to 59th anniversery gala)

NOVEMBER 3, 10, and 17

(Check on Saturday dates for December and October.)

Remember, we start our volunteer day at 9 a.m. on each Saturday. It is important that you arrive promptly because the gate to the parking lot will be locked after 9 a.m. No one will open the gate because everyone will be working on the 3rd floor. We work until 11:30 a.m. and ask that you plan to spend the entire time.

Bring a friend or two along and introduce them to the work we are doing overseas and locally. We have volunteer opportunities for groups during the week as well as the scheduled Saturdays. Our weekday hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. We ask that you stay at least 4 hours during the week.

Please make sure you sign in each time you volunteer so that we can record your hours.
