Ask for Help
If you are struggling with your mental health, your doctor may be able to refer you to a specialist. The specialist will help you work through the problems you are having. Your doctor may also recommend certain medications.

FACT – Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Everyone can benefit from therapy.
