Donor Information
If you make a donation, either online or otherwise, we will request certain personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card information). In addition, we may use such information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, keep you updated about our work, analyze website usage, and improve our website's content, layout, and services. Website sales are classified as a donation and you will receive the product(s) you order as a gift for the donation. We may receive information about you from other sources, including publicly available databases or third parties whom have processed your donation(s), and combine this data with information we already have about you. This helps us to update, expand and analyze our records, identify new supporters, and provide information that may be of interest to you. If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us. Security measures are in place to protect personal information that is collected. Checks are scanned to the bank and then shredded, donor information is added to an online secure database that is only used by a small group of designated employees and volunteers who have been screened with a background check. Other donor information like event ticket sales are stored in a secured location with a double locked door system to access these records.
Refund & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Website Store product you receive, you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. The product must be unopened and in the original condition to qualify for a refund.
Fulfillment/Shipping Policy
The order will be shipped via USPS. If the order is between $0-$16, the shipping fee is $3.99. If the order is between $16-$30, the shipping fee is $5.99. If the order is greater than $30, the shipping fee is $0.
Sharing with Third Parties
We do not sell or share email addresses, postal addresses or telephone numbers of our donors or other individuals on our mailing list. This site may be listed on other websites whose privacy policies may differ from ours. World Medical Relief is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites.
