VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

(see for Covid-19 update below)

The staff at World Medical Relief would love for you to volunteer any day Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.. We do ask that you commit to a minimum of three hours per day.

We also have most Saturdays available for two shifts. Please consider spending your Saturday helping those in need from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. We need at least fifteen people to offer time in the afternoon on Saturdays.

Please send an email to volunteer@worldmedicalrelief.org to reserve your date/time. We encourage individuals, as well as groups, to volunteer.

Covid-19 Update - August 4, 2021

WAIVER FOR NON-COMPLIANCE COVID 19 VACCINE REQUIRED

As the cases of Covid 19 are on the rise again, we are aware that some volunteers and staff have opted not to be vaccinated at this time.  We respect your decision on this matter; however, those who have not been vaccinated have been told that wearing a mask while at World Medical Relief is mandatory.

In order to keep all at World Medical Relief safe, we are asking that those individuals who do not want to be vaccinated but still want to volunteer or work at World Medical Relief sign the waiver (Click here to download waiver) for filing with Carolyn Racklyeft in the Executive Offices.  You may complete the form and leave it with the receptionist in a sealed envelope at the front desk or deliver it in person.

If at a future date you become fully vaccinated, please provide a copy of your vaccination card to Carolyn Racklyeft.  Persons fully vaccinated may continue to wear a mask if they wish.

Please direct any questions on this matter to Dr. George Samson.
